š Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Please make sure to read all product descriptions and view photos carefully before purchasing.
š Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos/ unboxing video of the item and packaging
I will happily offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
š Lost Orders
If your order does not arrive, please contact us and we will help investigate with the shipping provider.
Please note i am not responsible for delays caused by postal services, but I will always do my best to assist.
